Base Maintenance

MAUTECHNIC provides all types of base maintenance for Boeing 737 Classic, 737 NG and Embraer-190 on our bases at Boryspil Airport (KBP) and Dnipro (DNK).

Line Maintenance

MAUTECHNIC provides a wide range of Line Maintenance services:

Maintenance of aircraft components

At our own production base in the airport Borispol (KBP), area 1,000 sq.m, MAUTECHNIK provides a wide range of component maintenance and constantly expands its Capability List in this area.

Non-Destructive Testing Methods

MAUTECHNIC provides all kind of non-destructive testing and control methods. In addition to all common testing methods, our Level III certification also allows us to develop a test method specifically designed for your specific needs. If you need methods for new parts or you want to introduce new test methods for existing parts, our level III specialists can provide development, certification, documentation and training for the necessary measures.

Structural Repair

Our Structural Repair & Maintenance services include the repair of metal structures of high complexity, sheet metal work, locksmithing, repair of composite structures.

Training for maintenance staff

Performing special trainings and on-the-job trainings for maintenance staff according to Part-145, Part-66 requirements and under approved programs.

Line Stations ODS, LWO, DNK, HRK, IFO

At our line stations in the airports of ODS, LWO, DNK, HRK, IFO, we provide services for line maintenance, support in AOG situations, transit and daily-checks. We can also provide a service of the AOG team to other airports in Ukraine and the world on request
